Price of goods and postage on this website are in Australian dollars and are GST Inclusive. All orders will be received via website only and will only be dispatched once payment made.
Postage will be with Australia Post.
Purchase of goods by you constitutes an offer of agreement with Gift Shop Online to accept our terms and conditions.
We will contact you if a problem exists with your order. If an item is out of stock you will be offered a refund on that item including it's postage cost or the option of having the item placed on back order.
Gift Shop Online takes all care to send products in good order to the address provided to us, therefore we do not take any responsibility for any wrong information provided to us by you such as incorrect address. In the case of incorrect address being provided, you will be responsible to have the item resent.
To enable you to shop with confidence we offer a money back guarantee on our items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in the origional packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt of goods and we will refund the amount of the product.
We will replace (at no cost to you) any damaged items received by our customers but must be notified of such within 7 days of dispatch from our warehouse. Any claims for such must be sent in writing by emailing contact@giftshoponline.com.au stating the invoice no. and damage.
In the 'not completely satisfied with product' returns the customer will be refunded the product's cost but is responsible for postage costs and also postage to return the item. These goods will only be refunded once item is returned and found to be in a saleable condition, including packaging box.
In all instances of returning items you must contact us at contact@giftshoponline.com.au to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authority number before sending the product back.
Freight should take no longer than 7 business days.
We will make every effort to deliver within the timeframes given but they are indicative only. Some deliveries may take longer, especially in the case of International freight.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you within 2 business days to either arrange a refund, put the product on backorder or agree on an alternate product of your choosing.
